I found this video on utube and found it to be very informative and useful for those who presently have type 2 diabetes. Thought I would share it with you today. It brings to attention the fact that the usual diabetic diet prescribed by most western physicians will not help you control your type 2 diabetes. Hope you find this info helpful.
