About Us
Elizabeth (Bee) Brewer, Ph.D., is a retired marriage and family therapist and educator. She is married to Glenn Strong, J.D. They have four children, 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two pugels.
In the past, Bee conducted a private family therapy practice, acted as President of the Missouri Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, served as a member of the Missouri Licensing Board for Marriage and Family Therapists, and was an officer and committee member in various professional organizations.
Her undergraduate education included two years in a nursing program after which, she worked for a practicing physician of the “old school”… (He made house calls). She later taught science at the Missouri School for the Blind and in several Missouri school districts. During this time, she helped plan and implement a K-12 sex education curriculum for the R-6 School District, involved her students in Earth Day activities, and the Saint Louis Science Fair. The State of Missouri awarded her life certification in physical and life sciences.
After retiring from the private practice of Marriage and Family Therapy and teaching, she was Director of Caring Ministries at Centenary United Methodist Church, St. Louis, MO and acted as Family Ministries Coordinator for the Missouri East Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Her focus has long been on the interconnectedness and interdependence of all living things. While studying for her doctorate, she was exposed to ideas in Quantum Physics, which stimulated her interest in alternative healing modalities. This reinforced her belief that vibrant health is a reflection of the relationship between spiritual, emotional and physical processes.
Bee founded Bees Winning Enterprises, LLC in 1997 for internet research purposes. She taught internet marketing techniques for MoneyLegs and 3Step founder, Doug Williams, now deceased.
