Qigong This Week
I just received confirmation that Master Liu will be coming to the St. Louis area this weekend.
Therefore, there will be some adjustments to our regular qigong schedule for this next week.
As ususal, we will meet this Thursday, July 15, @ the Glendale Presbyterian Church, 500 N. Sappington Road, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, in the Adult Lounge (lower level). Sue, Teresa & Ron will share new ways to organize the qi field.

As usual, the qigong class @ The Wellness Community will be this Friday, July 16, from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm. This is for persons with cancer or their family members.

As usual, the Sunday qigong practice @ Eliot Unitarian Chapel of Kirkwood, 216 E. Argonne, will be from 3:00 – 4:00 pm. Followed by Laughter Yoga, 4 – 5 pm.

Monday, July 19, Master Liu will lead our Hillsboro Qigong Session, 7 – 9
pm, @ the Hillsboro Presbyterian Church, 10790 Old Rt. 21 (1/4 mile N. of Hyw B)

A confirmed change is that the regular THURSDAY QIGONG SESSION WILL BE CHANGED TO TUESDAY, JULY 20, 6:30 – 8:30 PM @ THE GLENDALE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH and Master Liu will lead our session.

Master Liu leaves Wed. AM for D. C. & then on to Holland for another month of Zhening Qigong training
